My work included strategy and planning for the yearly cycle of product rollouts, campaigns and selling seasons. I worked with stakeholders across the company to gather content, assets and distribute to agencies, my design and development teams. I managed a small team who would perform the operational tasks associated with maintenance and they would also implement any projects I had related to new sites and redesigns. I would then partner with the various hp.com web teams in the regions to pass them our assets, design and code to ensure proper implementation in the necessary regions; this included coordination of localization and translation where necessary. In addition to managing web production, I was tasked with overseeing all of the metrics, decision-making on how to continually improve our metrics and reveue. In turn I would review the metrics and implement new strategies to make them better by working with several teams and partners throughout the company. For larger sale cycles I worked with larger teams such as Worldwide Marketing, Home & Home Office store etc to ensure that our consumer microsites fit the needs for a wide gamut of marketing activities that would be leading there. Outside of the consumer realm I handled the same types of activities for Small Business sites such as Elite, Public Sector sites for K-12 Education and Higher-Ed, as well as Enterprise business sites for Medical and other communications.
